Tickets for game nights and events are sold online and checked at the door.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to check in with your ticket.
- Tickets are transferable — if you can't make it, a friend can use your ticket.
- Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Within 48 hours they are non-refundable but remain transferable.
- If we cancel an event, tickets are refunded in full.
- Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult unless the event listing says otherwise.
- Be kind, play fair and respect the venue, staff and other players. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for behaviour that spoils the night for others.
- Official Pokémon League and Wizards Event Link registration, where applicable, is separate from your ticket and handled in store.
